File A Claim Get your mobile life back!

1. Login to Your Mobile Rhino Account

Use the same Username and Password you used to purchase Mobile Rhino insurance.

2. Select Device

Click on the device you're making a claim for and tell us about the incident that occurred - loss, theft, spill, drop, etc.

3. Restore your Mobile Life!

When you file a claim, you have a few options:

  • iPad Repair - We'll send you a box ready to ship. Just put your device in the box and send back to us for repair. We'll mail it right back to you once it's repaired! (For iPads only.)
  • iPhone Replacement - If you file a claim before 2pm (EST), we will send a shipping notification to you by 2pm the following business day. Most devices will ship out overnight! (For iPhones only.)
  • Local Service - Print your receipt after filing your claim and bring your device to a local CPR facility for covered repair.
